Indian, along with Vietnamese and Nordic, would be one of the cuisines I would pick if I had to pick only three to eat from for the rest of my life. I love a good curry. I’ve had the book 660 curries for quite some time, but let me tell you, when you have 660 to choose from, picking just one can be a challenge.
Here I’ve got Almond Chicken in a Yogurt Mint Sauce- page 123, and Mustard Greens and Spinach page 521 in the front box, behind basmati rice, with chives, a sweet potato and one wee blackberry. Ella get furious if I have more than one.
