Roasted Salmon Bento

Bottom box: mixed pickles, sweet potato purée with reduced balsamic vinegar, miso glazed coho salmon.
Top box: satsuma wedges, sautéed chard and stems seasoned with lemon juice and sea salt

Sometimes lunch is simply exactly what I ate the previous night for dinner- save for the pickles.
