Bento: Put Your Roots Down

The celery root at the farmer’s market has been a little out of hand, we’re talking 3 pounds and a circumference the size of Ella’s head. Here I’ve got it roasted with parsnips, carrots, and onions, and the last of our balsamic roasted mushrooms and quinoa. In the right bento, a creamless cream of celery soup. Recipe here (i didn’t add the cream).
