The Farmer’s Markets in the PNW are those of legend. We get our growing season started a little late here, but man, when the goodies start coming in, tables are piled high with spring vegetables and baskets of herbs. I tend to gravitate to the Portland Farmer’s Market on the grounds of Portland State University. It is big, and can get crowded, it is the place to take visiting out of towners, but the energy in that market can not be denied- nor the reggie deluxe.
The Portland Farmer’s Market at PSU is held every Saturday March-Dec 17. 8:30-2AM March-October, and 9AM-2PM November and December.
